Yoga Postures (Asana) at Veda Verse
  • At Veda Verse, students will acquire extensive knowledge of yoga postures, enhancing their physical and inner strength, as well as their natural flexibility. Throughout the training, the connection between certain asanas and mind patterns will become increasingly clear, deepening the body/mind connection.
  • Our program provides assistance with asanas and dedicated space for proper alignment. While the primary focus is on Hatha yoga, we also incorporate some Ashtanga yoga classes.
  • Over the course of 100 hours, students will learn more than 50 traditional and dynamic Hatha yoga asana poses, as well as at least 20 Ashtanga poses.
